Meta and WhatsApp Business data
When you connect your WhatsApp Business account via Meta, we may receive data authorized by you through Meta's permissions, including WhatsApp Business Account IDs, business profile details, phone numbers, messaging limits, account review status, and access tokens required to send messages on your behalf. We only request permissions necessary to provide our service.
Campaign and customer contact data
You may upload or import contact lists, message templates, campaign content, delivery status, and conversation metadata to run WhatsApp campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process this data and that recipients have opted in as required by applicable law and Meta's policies.
Technical and usage information
We automatically collect device and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, API usage, error logs, and timestamps to secure our platform, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
Payment information
If you subscribe to paid plans, payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

- If you connected via Meta or WhatsApp, you may also removeSendBroad from your Meta Business integrations in your Meta Business Settings, then confirm deletion with us by email.
- We will verify your identity and process eligible requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted by law. We will provide a confirmation when deletion is complete.
If you submitted a data deletion request through Meta's platform, we will delete data we received from Meta about you in accordance with Meta's data deletion requirements and notify you of the outcome.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
